What the role offers:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AWS-based solutions for enterprise software products.
- Development/automation of infrastructure modules using Terraform, Helm, and Terragrunt etc.
- DevOps pipeline, ensuring robust CI/CD practices and automation for build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system-level architecture and integration within a broader IAM platform.
- Contribute to the development of automated validation frameworks and tooling to ensure system quality and performance at scale.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions to drive engineering excellence.
- Accurately estimate and plan work items for self, to independently handle priorities in accountable area of ownership.
- Ability to independently handle priorities in assigned areas of responsibility and demonstrate continuous improvement.
- Adhering to companies & teams best practices / processes in order to develop high quality software.
- Continuously enhance the code by incorporating newer technologies, improving design, and finding/fixing bugs.
What you need to succeed:
- Openness and agility to work across different technology stakes - SaaS/AWS, DevOps, Python, C etc.
- Strong expertise in AWS services & solution architectures, including but not limited to EC2, Route53, Aurora, IAM, VPC, and security groups.
- Proficiency in coding skills like Python for both backend development and infrastructure/test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Helm, and Terragrunt.
- Containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building automation frameworks or tools to validate infrastructure and application behavior.
- Good understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
- Experience working with enterprise-grade software, preferably in the security or IAM domain.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Great passion for learning and has a can do attitude.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail oriented, self-managed and organized, pay specific attention to details & quality.
- Exposure to C programming is a plus, especially for understanding and supporting core services.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
