You are a skilled and experienced Citrix Systems Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience, joining the IT team at Multivac Technology Solutions India Private Ltd in Hyderabad, India. Your main responsibility will be the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Citrix infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and applications. You will collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix-based solutions across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administration and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Citrix Netscaler - Planning, implementation, and optimization of Citrix solutions - Administration and operation of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments - Monitoring and maintaining server, network, and system performance - Ensuring system availability, stability, and performance - Performing error analysis and troubleshooting in Citrix and related environments - Supporting the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and measures - Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams for application integration and support - Creating and maintaining technical documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence **Qualifications Required:** - Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration with a focus on Citrix environments - Deep knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler, and Citrix Provisioning Services - Experience in managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments - Strong skills in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, network protocols, and infrastructure - Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware - Understanding of security best practices and implementation - Analytical, problem-solving abilities with excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proactive and self-motivated attitude **Additional Company Details:** Multivac Technology Solutions India Private Ltd is a subsidiary of the MULTIVAC Group, a global provider of integrated packaging and processing solutions.
