Sr. Software Developer

The position requires 3-5 years of experience and the candidate should hold a qualification of BE, B-Tech, MCA, BCA. The candidate should possess technical skills in ASP.NET & C#, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML/XSL, AJAX, Web services, MS SQL Server, and XML Based Databases. Key responsibilities include independently managing project deliverables, supporting the Project Manager in client communication, demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills, preparing System Requirement Specifications and detailed system design documents, creating test plans and test cases, familiarity with eLearning is a plus, collaborating with customers to gather project requirements with project managers, and assisting in estimations during the pre-sales stage along with Project Managers/Solutions Architect.
