As a qualified candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions such as ASP.NET, SQL Server, Jquery, Bootstrap, and MVC. - Design, code, and test new web software applications to meet business requirements. - Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing action plans, and identifying areas for modification and improvement. - Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects to ensure smooth operations. - Investigate and develop skills in new technologies to stay updated with industry trends. - Develop new functionalities on existing software products to meet evolving business needs. - Lead and mentor developers, sharing knowledge through presentations to foster a collaborative work environment. - Participate actively in a small, experienced, and energetic team, following an agile development schedule. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have one of the following degrees: B.E., MCA, M.SC.(IT), BCA, or BSC. Additionally, you should possess skills in C#, ASP.net, VB .Net, XML, Java Script, Web Services, WCF, MVC, Bootstrap, JQuery, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate for this position should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the field.,
