Sr. Software Developer

As a Software Developer at the company located in Gurgaon, your role will involve interacting with stakeholders and reporting, gathering requirements, analyzing, estimating, designing, and coding software modules. You will be expected to stay updated with new technologies and thrive in a high-paced dynamic environment with unknown requirements and deadline pressures. Additionally, you will lead application integration, design, and address code quality issues on projects, as well as drive or support the software and platform selection process. Key Responsibilities: - Stakeholders Interaction & reporting - Requirements Gathering, Analysis, estimation, Designing & Coding of Software module - Keeping abreast of new technologies and adapting to a high-paced dynamic environment - Leading application integration, design, and code quality issues - Driving or supporting the software and platform selection process Qualifications Required: - 0-5 years of experience - 1-6 years of hardcore development experience - Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate/Mybatis, PL/SQL - Familiarity with caching systems like memcached or redis - Experience with indexing systems such as solr/elastic search - Proficiency in Java and J2EE design patterns - Exposure to Unix/Linux - Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery - Familiarity with application servers like Tomcat, Jboss - Experience with SOA or Web Services SOAP, REST - Understanding of the complete software development cycle - Strong communication and team management skills - Implementation of code quality tools like SONAR, Checkstyle, PMD, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic knowledge related to performance If you meet the educational qualifications below and have a background in the preferred industries of Travel, OTAs, Taxi & IT, we encourage you to apply: Undergraduate: - B.Tech/B.E. in Computers - Diploma in Computers - B.Sc in Computers - BCA in Computers Postgraduate: - M.Tech in Computers - MCA in Computers - M.Sc in Computers - PG Diploma in Computers Please note that the salary range for this position is Rs 3,60,000 to Rs 6,00,000 per annum.
