Sr Software Developer - Mean Stack

Job Description: As a member of the team at Sutherland, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various cutting-edge technologies such as ReactJS, ExpressJS, and NodeJS. With 3-5 years of technical expertise in full stack development, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and delivering measurable results. Your responsibilities will include developing microservices based architectures, working with Kubernetes applications, and designing cloud-native solutions. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of Contract first/API first design principles and possess strong API design skills. Your role will involve overseeing and managing performance to ensure customer satisfaction, providing coaching and feedback, and contributing towards the common goal of the One Sutherland Team. To excel in this role, you should hold an academic qualification such as BE / BTECH in CSE or IT, B.Sc. in Computers, BCA / MCA, or other Bachelor / Masters degree in Computing / IT. Candidates with experience in Healthcare IT or IT Services Delivery domain will be preferred.
