Sr. RPA Business Analyst

As a Senior RPA Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving automation initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities. You will be tasked with designing future-state process maps and RPA solutions using UiPath's capabilities. In your role, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for automation projects. It will be essential to ensure alignment between business needs and UiPath platform features to deliver effective solutions. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will act as the primary liaison between business teams and RPA developers. Your role will involve coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting deployment activities. Monitoring and reporting on project progress will be key to addressing issues promptly and ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, you will assist in developing and adhering to RPA governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. Building strong relationships with business units to promote RPA adoption and innovation will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
