Job Description

As a Senior React.js + Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications using React.js & Node JS along with TypeScript. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. You will optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep applications modern and competitive. Troubleshooting and debugging issues in a timely manner, as well as mentoring and guiding junior developers, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain complex web applications using React.js & Node JS and TypeScript. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are modern and competitive. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. - Extensive experience with TypeScript and advanced JavaScript (ES6+). - Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). - Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).,
