Title: Sr. Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst and Tester Location: Hyderabad, India Responsibilities: Review and analyze user stories to develop test cases and provide work estimates for the tasks in the sprint. Proficient in writing functional Documentations and Test cases. Perform Manual/Automation QA involving testing of Web Application and Mobile Apps (Android and IOS). Trouble shoot issues by connecting to different browsers and devices, pulling, and analyzing log files, and checking the data in the databases using SQL queries. Enhance existing regression test scripts as needed and documenting it. Write and Review automation script results and manually recreate issues when necessary. Identify and log defects providing clear documentation and thorough analysis with the use of our internal tracking tools on all issues found Participate in agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives. Coordinate with the Scrum team on application defects and enhancements to ensure proper escalation and follow up Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience with 9+ years in quality assurance testing. 3+ years of working experience in Retail Utility industry and Web applications. Experience working with Oracle database with the ability to create complex queries. Extensive experience in writing test cases, test scenarios and troubleshoot defects and documenting it. Experience and demonstrating end to end performance testing using web applications. Extensive experience in writing functional documentation. Experience with bug tracking, test case management and other collaboration tools. Experience in RESTFUL API testing using clients. Experience in automating test scripts using tools like Selenium, HPALM. Hands on experience with testing Mobile devices. Experience with testing within an Agile and/or Scrum environment. Proven ability to dig deep to trouble-shoot test failures using analysis tools such as log readers, testing tools, developer tools, and cross browser testing. Ability to easily shift priorities and multi-task based upon changing company needs Ability to conceptualize complex requirements, think logically and creatively, work on tasks simultaneously, and be very detail oriented Excellent communication skills and interact with users.
