Your Impact

As a Senior Quality Assurance engineer, you will perform software testing tasks as a testing resource along with managing the execution of test efforts, implements test automation strategy, communicating on status, issues, objectives and initiatives. Strives to continually learn and understand latest software testing methodologies and tools to ensure a high level of expertise.

What The Role Offers

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and backend applications.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium (UI) and Rest Assured (API).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Conduct database testing to validate backend data integrity and transactions.
• Execute security scans and collaborate with developers to fix vulnerabilities.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and support incident troubleshooting in production or pre-production environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, test estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to define quality metrics and ensure test coverage.
• Apply AI-based testing approaches or tools to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor of Engineering along with 6+ years of experience
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing using Java or Python.
• Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
• Rest Assured for API testing and validation.
• Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Database testing using SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Exposure to security testing/scans (OWASP, Burp Suite, or equivalent).
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools (eg- Copilot-based testing etc.)
• Strong incident troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD exposure (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
• Understanding of machine learning models or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
