Sr QA (CMS Optimizely)

You should have 6-8 years of experience with CMS- Optimizely to apply for this position. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to perform both manual and automation tasks. For manual tasks, you will be responsible for tasks such as adding test notes and test cases at the beginning of the sprint, adding refinement notes before Tuesday/Thursday, conducting functional testing of "In QA" items, creating defects as necessary, adding test cases to the sprint/release test cycle, conducting regression testing on Stage, compiling defect analysis, and managing Jira tasks including creating tasks at the beginning of the sprint for automation, test case creation, smoke test, etc., and closing tasks at the end of the sprint. You should also have experience in leading a team and effectively communicating with customers, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Regarding automation tasks, you will be involved in automation scoping by adding labels to items that need to be automated, automating sprint items, refactoring, maintenance, running smoke and regression tests on schedule, and performing analysis.
