Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. QA Automation Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality and automation, with the ability to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will play a key role in designing and implementing automated tests to improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with development teams to understand functional requirements and identify test cases for automation.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Continuously improve the testing process and automation framework to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers in automation best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
