Requirements / Qualifications Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in test in a web-based software product environment, preferably with Microsoft .NET applications Writing test automation scripts and executing automated tests 6+ Years of experience with JIRA, Selenium , Playwright, SQL , TeamCity, Git lab , Automated and manual testing Testing in in an AWS environment will be added advantage. Experience as an Agile Scrum Master with relevant Certification will be an added advantage. Experience working on Agile teams Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoys working in a highly effective, deadline driven, and fast-paced team environment. Demonstrates creative problem skills, dedication to perfection, and has a results-oriented spirit. Domain knowledge of Wealth Management and/or financial services is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show flexibility and reach compromise where appropriate Willingness to take ownership for assigned aspects of the project Ability to innovate and iterate, willingness to experiment quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work constructively in a shared team environment Relevant 3rd level degree or professional qualification Good Communication skills. Nice to have: Experience testing on a major cloud platform e.g., Amazon AWS, Google, Azure Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile software project management/bug tracking tools e.g., Jira Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python Experience working with Test Case Management Tools e.g., TestRail, Client QC Experience in Database Automation Testing tools. Experience in the banking and associated financial industries ISTQB foundation certified or certified in a recognised Testing certification Experience Range : 3 to 7 years Contract Tenure: 6 months (extendable up to 12 months) Interview Process: The selection process includes a technical round with the India team, followed by a round with the US team.
