Sr. Python Developer with AWS/AI Focus

As a Sr. Python Developer with a focus on AWS and AI at Cogent IBS, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and tools for image processing, text, NLP, and analysis. You will design and implement machine learning models for various customer use cases. Your role involves collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions. Additionally, you will optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments while considering compliance, security, and scalability aspects. It is essential to utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for efficient development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and tools for image processing, text, NLP, and analysis. - Design and implement machine learning models for customer use cases. - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions. - Optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments considering compliance, security, and scalability. - Utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. - Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for various datasets. - Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring robustness and efficiency. - Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI technology to drive innovation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. - 10+ years of proven experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML, DL, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications. - Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, etc. - Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Vectors, etc. - Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Hands-on deployment experience of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments.,
