Sr. Python Developer with AWS/AI Focus

As a Senior Python Developer with a focus on AWS and AI at Cogent IBS, you will be part of a digital revolution that leverages AI, machine learning, and cloud-native technologies to transform how organizations operate. Your role involves rapidly building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven solutions that have a measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and tools for image processing, text, NLP, and analysis. - Design and implement machine learning models tailored to customer use cases. - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions. - Optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments while considering compliance, security, and scalability. - Utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. - Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation across various datasets. - Maintain and enhance the existing codebase to ensure robustness and efficiency. - Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI technology to drive innovation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. - 10+ years of proven experience in Python development focusing on AI/ML, DL, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications. - Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, etc. - Proficiency in data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Vectors, etc. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. - Experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in team environments. Please note that the role is initially fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) from the following month.
