Sr. Python Developer

Role Overview We are looking for a Python Developer who can take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to bring new features to life and maintain the reliability and performance of our applications. Key Responsibilities ● Design, build, and scale backend systems and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask). ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and convert them into technical solutions. ● Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and performance. ● Optimize applications for speed and scalability. ● Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker. ● Build and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached). ● Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system uptime and reliability. ● Work with DevOps team to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Pay: ₹338,447.13 - ₹509,899.56 per year
