Sr. Project Leader / Project Manager Finacle CRM Module

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing production support for the CRM solution of Finacle. This includes offering assistance through e-mail and phone calls to resolve technical queries efficiently. Additionally, you will be involved in the support and development of APIs. It is important for you to be flexible with working time and location. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support for the Finacle CRM solution - Resolve technical queries through e-mail and phone calls - Support and develop APIs - Possess basic knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Finacle CRM, scripting, Unix, Windows/Unix OS, and Oracle Database - Have sound knowledge of writing SQL queries and PL/SQL - Demonstrate knowledge of CRM - Utilize banking domain knowledge effectively Qualifications Required: - IT Graduates with a degree in B.E.
