Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Product Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products, with a focus on NetworX and Facets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing high-quality solutions. Your expertise in Enrollment and Claims will be valuable in understanding and addressing customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. - Execute test cases, document results, and identify defects for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective testing solutions. - Analyze test results, provide detailed reports to stakeholders, and highlight key findings and recommendations. - Utilize expertise in NetworX and Facets to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified defects. - Participate in product design reviews, provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. - Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the adoption of best practices. - Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts. - Engage with stakeholders to understand and address customer needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Qualifications: - Possess strong experience in NetworX and Facets, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. - Have a solid understanding of Enrollment and Claims processes, enhancing the ability to address domain-specific challenges. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams. - Show proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with industry trends.
