Sr. Product Manager/Software Development Manager

You will be working as a Software Product Owner/Manager at AORBIS, responsible for leading and driving the vision of the internal web application aimed at streamlining procurement workflows and enhancing operational efficiency by automating estimation tasks, improving coordination, and integrating AI/ML features. Your role will involve defining and driving the product vision aligned with AORBIS business goals, developing and owning the product roadmap, and ensuring cross-functional team alignment with product objectives. You will integrate AI/ML capabilities to optimize procurement workflows, stay updated on emerging technologies, and prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility. As a Software Product Owner/Manager, you will manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, oversee the development of internal tools for estimation, CRM, and task management, track performance metrics, and proactively address risks to ensure timely releases. Collaboration with QA and Dev teams to maintain product quality, functionality, and performance is essential, along with implementing feedback loops for continuous product and process improvements.
