Sr. Product Developer Experience 4-6 Years Location Jayanagar, Bangalore We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our product development team. You will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end development of our core products, beginning with initial planning and moving through to deployment and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and implement features for a scalable SAAS platform, following best practices for performance, security, and modularity. API Development & Integration: Create RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations, focusing on robust error handling and high-performance transactions. Version Control & Code Review: Manage code repositories, maintain a clean codebase, and conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimizations. Deployment &DevOps: Collaborate with hosting vendors for Dockerized environments, cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and manage scalable infrastructures Technical Architecture &Design: Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance architectures from scratch. Perform Security & Compliance Assessments. Planning: Product Roadmap, Requirements, Technical Specifications, Effort Estimations, Resource Management Release Management: Bug Fixes, Product Maintenance, Continuous improvement and feature updates Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, technical processes, and system architecture to support future development and maintenance. Team Leadership: Mentor developers, manage task assignments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Professional Experience: 4+ years in full-stack development, preferably in a product/application development. Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Technical Expertise: Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, Tailwind or Material UI Backend: Node.js, Express.js Database: MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, with expertise in designing schemas and optimizing database queries APIs: Proficient in creating and managing RESTful APIs; experience with GraphQL is a plus. Others:Github, Experience in CI/CD, Testing tools Desired Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team Leadership Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
