Sr. Product Analyst - Data

As a Senior Business/Product Analyst at Addepar, you will be part of the Business Analytics team dedicated to empowering individuals to make informed, data-driven decisions regarding product design, client management, and business priorities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that efforts are focused on addressing the right challenges effectively. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify essential data for making informed decisions. - Evaluate data availability and quality, working closely with data engineers to extract and transform necessary datasets for analysis. - Analyze and visualize data to derive actionable insights to support business partners. - Present findings and recommendations effectively and facilitate self-service monitoring of key metrics through well-designed dashboards and documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in business and/or product analytics. - Expertise in building reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other analytics programming languages. - Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly. - Previous experience collaborating with diverse business teams, especially in product development. - Genuine passion for deriving insights from data and willingness to adapt to new technologies. - Familiarity with the financial industry is considered a plus.
