Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Principal Consultant Lead Architect at Genpact, you will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices. Your role will involve ensuring the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure, providing technical leadership on large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, and coaching software engineers into software architects. Additionally, you will conduct requirement analyses, develop high-quality detailed designs, perform unit testing, and collaborate with team members to establish objectives and craft more functional codes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices. - Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure. - Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs. - Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks. - Coach and develop software engineers into software architects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate. - Extensive experience with AWS services. - Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns. - Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms. - Strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices. - Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD. - Experience in deploying Spring Boot and Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.,
