Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Portfolio Data Ops team in Addepar's Data Management & Quality department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Addepar's clients receive accurate and timely data. This will involve processing portfolio transactions, conducting verification checks, and assisting clients with their data-related queries. Your role will require frequent communication with financial data providers, clients, and other team members within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily internal verification checks to guarantee the accuracy and timely availability of client portfolio data - Investigate and resolve data pipeline issues and processing exceptions, collaborating with level 2 and 3 support teams as necessary - Respond to data inquiries and requests from clients, Sales and Services teams, and external data partners promptly - Support regional counterparts with operational workflows and projects - Maintain team resources, document procedures, and ensure accurate recording of metrics for internal analysis - Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with a strong understanding of capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office operations systems - Attention to detail and ability to execute established processes meticulously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external data partners - Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure - Team player with proactive self-motivation and forward-thinking mindset - Willingness to work flexible hours - Technical skills preferred in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SQL, Salesforce, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other financial services systems Additional Company Details: Addepar is a global technology and data company that assists investment professionals in providing informed guidance to their clients.
