Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs across complex, multi-domain projects.
• Define and implement test strategies, processes, and governance for large-scale programs.
• Drive automation-first approaches leveraging industry-standard frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee Performance Testing initiatives (JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, etc.) to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Manage and mentor large, distributed, and global QA teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to align testing strategy with business outcomes.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet quality, compliance, and timeline commitments.

  QA/Test Management

  across diverse industries.
• Strong expertise in

  test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
