Sr. Officer LIMS (Master Data Reviewer)

As a LIMS Masterdata Reviewer (Sr. Officer), you are required to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of QC workflows, including analysis, review, approval, investigation, etc. You should be well-versed in analytical methods such as instrumental techniques, pharmacopoeial chapters, and monographs. Additionally, familiarity with QC instrumentation activities like operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance is essential. Understanding analytical method validation, method transfer activities, and other QC processes is also a key responsibility. Your role involves comprehending the analysis reporting requirements for various stages of products, including Finished product, API, Excipients, Process validation, Hold time, Swab/rinse samples, Stability, and COA requirements. You will be supporting the timely execution and completion of Masterdata activities, ensuring its creation and review as per established procedures, and updating it based on observations. As part of your duties, you will be expected to identify discrepancies during masterdata creation/review, document these observations, and communicate them to the relevant teams for resolution. It is crucial to track the status of Masterdata activities, including creation, review, and observation closure. Coordinating masterdata change management to maintain compliance with business and regulatory requirements is also within your scope of responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with other computer skills, will be advantageous in performing your tasks effectively.
