Migration Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Network Migration Engineer to lead and execute network migrations involving multiple vendors transitioning to Nokia infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating Method of Procedures (MOPs), performing migrations, troubleshooting issues across multi vendor devices, and working in shifts to support global operations. Strong knowledge of Nokia CLI and multi vendor environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Migration Execution: o Plan, execute, and manage network migrations from multi vendor devices to Nokia platforms. o Ensure smooth migration with minimal downtime and adherence to project timelines. 2. MOP Development: o Create detailed and comprehensive Method of Procedures (MOPs) for migration activities. o Validate and refine MOPs through rigorous testing and peer reviews. 3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: o Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues during and after migrations. o Collaborate with vendor support teams to address escalations and critical challenges. 4. Technical Expertise: o Utilize Nokia CLI and configuration tools for device management and migration. o Work with a variety of multi vendor devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. 5. Shift Support: o Provide 24/7 migration support through rotating shifts. o Ensure seamless handovers and communication across shift teams. 6. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of migration activities, issues faced, and resolutions implemented. o Provide periodic progress updates to stakeholders and management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience: o Proven experience in network migrations, especially transitioning to Nokia infrastructure. o Strong understanding of Nokia CLI commands and network configurations. o Hands on expertise with multi vendor devices and platforms. Skills: o Proficiency in networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF). o Troubleshooting skills in complex multi vendor environments. o Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Job Description Telco DC Integration Engineer Location Gurgaon (NCR) We are seeking a highly skilled Telco Data Centre Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network technologies, including IGP/MPLS, BGP, and data centre architecture. The role requires a solid foundation in Linux and hands on experience with data centre integration, data centre gateway integration, and fabric deployment. Design, implement, and maintain data centre network infrastructure Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls Integrate data centre networks with external networks Deploy and manage network virtualization solutions, such as L2VPN, L3VPN, and VXLAN Provide technical support for network operations Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth network operations Stay up to date on the latest networking technologies and trends Strong understanding of: o Layer 2 protocols: Ethernet, VLANs, STP, LACP, VTP, QOS o Layer 3 protocols: IP routing, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, VPN, VRF o Network virtualization technologies: VXLAN, EVPN, VxLAN EVPN o Data centre technologies: DC fabric, DC interconnect, DC storage networking Basic to intermediate in: o Linux operating system o Network automation tools (Ansible, Python, etc.) o Network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) Hands on experience with: o Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) o Network configuration and troubleshooting o Network security o Nokia devices will be preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Weekly 3 to 4 Night shift, Planned events.
