Sr Mgr/AGM - Influencer Loyalty Program

As a Sr Manager / AGM - Influencer Loyalty Programs at India's leading company into Building materials, your role will involve designing and implementing loyalty programs for contractors and carpenters across India. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Responsible for Designing and Implementing of Influencer Loyalty Programs pan India. - Drive enrolments in loyalty program at national level. - Ensure loyalty of large & medium contractors/carpenters by undertaking various initiatives. Regularly monitor and facilitate the growth of key influencers. - Plan rewards and recognition activities, other benefits on a regular basis. - Focus on revival of inactive contractors/carpenters. - Front End and Backend Platform Management. - Ensure engagement of contractors/carpenters with the program through creating regular excitement and innovation in activities related to trips, meets, schemes, campaigns, festival celebrations, occasional giftings, etc. - Planning and executing the training calendar. Identify product gaps and use that as an input for next trainings. Develop videos and modules for the influencers to address any needs / issues on regular basis. - Regular market visits to implement, monitor and meet them to gain insights on products, application practices, issues and their requirements, forming an overall feedback system. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA (marketing) with 12+ yrs experience in building materials or similar industry handling Influencer Loyalty Programs end-to-end. - Should have good experience in Designing and Implementing the programs from the Head Office level.,
