Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Real World Data (RWD) Analytics at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in leading the execution of programming deliverables using various clinical data sources for real world evidence (RWE) studies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and execution of programming deliverables utilizing RWD sources such as claims, EHR, and registry data. - Collaborating with RWE statisticians and cross-functional study teams to align on analytical strategy and timelines, and translating statistical analysis plans and protocols into efficient and reproducible analytical programs. - Ensuring compliance with internal standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. - Assisting the group head in recruiting and building a team of RWD analysts in India. - Establishing effective onboarding and training processes, documentation practices, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. - Staying updated on the latest big data analytical technology, focusing on advanced tools and methods, AI/ML, process improvement, and automation. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Masters degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. - Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in programming and analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare research industry. - Demonstrated experience working with RWD sources like claims, EMRs, and/or registry data. - Previous experience in managing or mentoring technical teams would be advantageous.
