You will be joining Mytek Innovations Pvt Ltd, a forward-thinking company that specializes in Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), and manufacturing services. Leveraging cutting-edge AI-based project planning tools, we assist contractors and construction businesses in optimizing project management. Our focus on infrastructure solutions, turnkey services, and advanced construction project planning ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and growth across various domains like EPC solutions, AI project planning, construction project management, manufacturing marketplace, and turnkey infrastructure services. As a Sr. MERN Stack Developer, you will undertake a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include leading web development projects, designing and developing front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring responsive design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks will involve writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, debugging and optimizing applications, managing databases, and actively participating in code reviews. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong proficiency in JavaScript, encompassing DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. A thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles is essential, along with experience in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token, familiarity with RESTful APIs, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications are crucial. Additionally, experience with development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field are required. Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team will be considered a plus.
