Job Description

Purpose of the role: To meet the revenue targets of the organization and to promote products manufactured by the organization, for the allocated country/territory (MENA/INDIA market) with the objective of meeting the organization's goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Identify customers and target markets using available databases, share product information with customers, negotiate price offers in order to close out orders. Ensure execution to get repeat orders; work towards YOY growth in revenues. Create reliable /realistic sales forecasts to aid production planning. Meet existing and new customers and promote products – commercial and new by imparting necessary product information to customers. Ensure growth through customer /product matrix. Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs. Work collaboratively across cross functional teams to ensure customer needs has been understood, communicated and responded. Requirements: 7-15 years of Sales experience preferably front ending in the allocated markets (MENA/INDIA market) Good Understanding of competition, of product range; knowledge of markets being serviced, industry trends etc. Graduates specialized in Pharmacy/Chemistry with pharma background preferred Show more Show less
