Sr. Manager - Urban Planner / Urban Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and anchor multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.

• Should have been managing projects and financials

• Client facing experience

• Prepare project management plans to monitor progress and assess project issues and their impact on timeline and cost.
• Develop comprehensive master plans for urban projects, including urban design, infrastructure planning, and detailed project reports (DPRs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, environment & financial experts, etc.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare bid proposals, including technical and financial aspects.
• Travel to project sites for data collection, conduct stakeholder consultations and attend client meetings.
• Share knowledge and build capacity within the junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture & Master's degree in urban planning/ urban design with

  10-12

  years of experience.
• Experience in master planning, urban design, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent design thinking and representation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Adobe Suite, and other planning software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
