Role Overview: As an experienced RPA Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end solution design for RPA implementations using UIPath or Automation Anywhere. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, translating business requirements into technical architecture, defining best practices for bot development, and providing mentorship to RPA developers and project teams. Additionally, you will ensure the incorporation of security, compliance, and governance policies into RPA solutions while staying updated with industry trends and RPA platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end solution design for RPA implementations using UIPath or Automation Anywhere. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities. - Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design documents. - Define best practices and standards for bot development, deployment, and support. - Provide mentorship and guidance to RPA developers and project teams. - Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are incorporated into RPA solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and RPA platform capabilities. Qualification Required: - 13+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in RPA solution design. - RPA certifications in UIPath or/and Automation Anywhere (Must Have). - Proven experience in architecting solutions using UIPath or/and Automation Anywhere. - Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, architecture patterns, and infrastructure setup. - Hands-on experience with Orchestrator, Control Room, Bot Insight, etc. - Experience in integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). - Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision), and process mining is a plus.
