2. Candidate will responsible for handling sufficient stock and buffer upkeep of RM/PM at vendor/supplier/CMO sites to attain OTIF all the time.
3. Candidate will be responsible for overall cost savings and other procurement related targets in alignment with business continuity plan. Liase with functions to ensure seamless integration of backend (QA, RA, Legal etc) and front-end value chain (sales, BD, marketing etc)
4. Candidate will be responsible for end to end handling of strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and manufacturing operation up to commercialization.
5. Candidate will be responsible for Identify and implement Improvement areas such as cost, efficiency, inventory management, payment terms, rates, contracts, etc.
6. Candidate will be responsible for Develop, communicate, and administer procurement/sourcing team performance and development plans and appraisals.
1. Candidate with Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical MBA Operations/SCM with 10 to 15 yrs. of experience purchase of Raw material/Packaging material CAPEX, R&D etc. for manufacturing sites.
2. Candidate should be good experience in worked as head – procurement role for not less than 3 years of the overall exposure.
3. Candidate should have good knowledge and exposure related to procurement of related materials in pharmaceutical formulations industry.
4. Candidate should have good awareness on domestic/International Pharma regulatory procurement guidelines
5. Candidate should have good experience in Develop, communicate, and administer procurement/sourcing team performance and development plans and appraisals.
