Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10-15 years of experience to join our team as a Sr Manager Process Safety in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process safety and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and technologies.
Provide training and guidance on process safety procedures to employees.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all processes are properly designed, operated, and maintained to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in process safety or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process safety software and tools is an asset.
