As a Sr. Manager - Micro Lead at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Ahmednagar, your role is crucial in overseeing the activities in Microbiology department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Planning, reviewing, and monitoring overall activities in Microbiology department - Coordinating with other departments to prioritize tasks and provide timely support/testing to avoid delays - Reviewing all departmental documents and results in LIMS system, ensuring completeness on time - Reviewing lysate sensitivity test, Bacterial endotoxin test of WFI and API products - Checking method validation of bacterial endotoxin test and microbial quality of products - Procuring, receiving, storing, maintaining, and reconciling biological indicators, media, reagents, standard cultures, and bioball - Ensuring calibration and operation of TOC analyzer and executing breakdowns in consultation with the vendor - Monitoring environmental activities as per schedule and reviewing environmental monitoring reports - Participating in investigations and reviewing deviations/OOS/OOT/OOC/Lab Events/SOPs in micro section online - Highlighting quality-related concerns in time and contributing to troubleshooting - Ensuring maintenance of all logbooks and registers online and available at designated place - Preparing and reviewing GMP documents related to activities - Ensuring fumigation activity and its verification as per SOP/Guidelines - Reviewing trends for water and environment monitoring, Summary report of water and environment monitoring - Following online good documentation practices for data recording and monitoring - Ensuring validation of autoclave, Dry heat sterilizer (DHS), Incubators, Laminar Air flow, HVAC - Preparing, reviewing, and standardizing reagents and volumetric solutions as per specification/SOP - Maintaining inventory and stock records of media, reagents, culture, lysate, CSE, LRW - Following GLP as per current practices in the laboratory - Ensuring safety and use of personal protective equipment during day-to-day activities - Supporting review and compliance activities in quality function and enhancing systems and practices - Coordinating with corporate functions regarding microbiology activities **Qualification Required:** - M.Sc in Microbiology - 15 to 18 years of experience in the field,
