Role Overview: As a Senior Network Security Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the organization's information security strategy to safeguard data, systems, and networks from potential threats. You will be tasked with designing and implementing the organization's security architecture to ensure all systems, applications, and networks are secure. Your role will involve collaborating closely with IT and development teams to integrate security measures across the technology stack. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. - Develop and maintain the organization's network security architecture to meet current and future security requirements. - Assess and select security technologies and tools that align with the organization's security strategy. - Lead the information security team by providing guidance, support, and mentoring to enhance the effectiveness of security operations. - Review and approve configurations for systems, networks, and applications to ensure adherence to security standards. - Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection systems. Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 13 years of experience in managing Scrum teams or related fields.
