Sr Manager - India Transmission & Access Engineering

As a Telecom Infrastructure and Network Design Engineer at Tata Communications, you will play a crucial role in planning and designing telecom infrastructure and network components. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing the network architecture and technology planning across multiple layers - Building network assets through concept planning, procurement, and overseeing implementation - Managing the enhancement of existing or new development of network architecture and components - Defining network maintenance processes and procedures and monitoring maintenance activities - Assessing new requirements in terms of capacity, technology configuration, and performance enhancements - Liaising with engineering teams to finalize technical designs and introduce new technologies into the network - Leading CAPEX optimization initiatives and evaluating potential suppliers for project implementation - Reviewing escalations during network failure situations and defining resolution mechanisms to prevent recurrence - Submitting Technology strategy papers related to emerging platform technologies Desired Skill Sets: - Experience in planning, designing, building, and implementing Network platform and infrastructure projects - Hands-on experience in legacy platform migrations and network optimization projects - Knowledge of new and upcoming network platform technologies Join Tata Communications to be a part of redefining connectivity with innovation and intelligence, driving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services, and Network services.,
