Sr. Manager - Global Service Operations

As a highly skilled Network Professional with expertise in SD-WAN, Ethernet, IP, MPLS, BGP, and other core enterprise network technologies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale enterprise networks to ensure high availability, performance, and security. A strong understanding of routing protocols, WAN optimization, and service provider environments is essential for this role. You will act as a customer-facing technical lead for designing and migrating enterprise network services, including SD-WAN and MPLS-based solutions. Conducting customer solution audits and maintaining post-sales design documentation will be crucial to accurately reflect live and in-life service status. Providing support for in-life MACDs, collaborating with service assurance teams, attending service review meetings, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer service experience are key responsibilities. Your role will involve leading repeat ticket analysis for enterprise customers, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing Preventive and Corrective Actions (PCA), and serving as the escalation point for complex network design issues to ensure timely and effective resolution of critical service-impacting problems. Additionally, you will provide strategic advisory to enterprise customers, validate and approve critical network changes, and drive post-sales technical design modifications to deliver customized network improvements aligned with evolving customer requirements.
