As the Sr. Manager / Director of Global Human Resources, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our global workforce, supporting employees and managers across regions including India, North America, and EMEA. This role focuses on building thoughtful, scalable HR practices that reflect our values of customer centricity, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a proactive, culturally-aware HR leader who is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for establishing and executing key global HR processes that enhance the employee experience and support long-term business success. This is a strategic and hands-on individual contributor position that plays a vital role in shaping the people function without the responsibility of leading a team at this time. Employee Experience & Organizational Design - Serve as a partner to business leaders and employees across functions and geographies, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance in our people practices - Lead the development of scalable and compliant global HR programs, including organization design, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives - Maintain a pulse on employee morale and well-being; share insights and risks with leadership in a timely and constructive manner Performance & Professional Development - Manage and improve performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and individual development plans - Collaborate with management to implement programs that address the evolving skills and growth needs of a diverse, global team - Support managers in having effective coaching conversations and promoting a growth mindset across teams Employee Relations & Policy Advisory - Act as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, offering confidential, impartial guidance - Lead workplace investigations and disciplinary actions with fairness, compassion, and compliance with local laws and cultural norms - Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws and HR regulations in India and other key countries to ensure policy alignment and minimize risk Global HR Operations & Compliance - Draft, revise, and implement HR policies, ensuring global consistency with sensitivity to regional practices and expectations - Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations to ensure accurate handling of employee lifecycle events, including transfers, leaves, and exits - Support employee data management and reporting in the HRIS, contributing to data-driven decisions Strategic Insights & People Analytics - Use HR data and metrics to assess trends in turnover, engagement, and performance; propose actionable solutions - Provide leadership with regular insights that inform workforce planning, retention efforts, and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including global or regional HR responsibilities (experience supporting employees in India preferred) - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (required) - Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR programs that support scale and business agility - Experience handling complex employee relations issues with a commitment to fairness, empathy, and legal compliance - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and cultures - Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels - Proficiency with HR systems and tools; experience with implementation and change management is a plus - Have an understanding of and preference for AI technologies to enhance employee experience and capabilities throughout the organization - A mindset that embraces innovation, continuous improvement, and cultural inclusivity,
