Sr / Lead Mobile Application Development Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior and Lead Mobile Application Developer for Digi Yatra Foundation, you will play a crucial role in developing and innovating mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your responsibilities include leading a team of developers, designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications. You will create strategies to enhance mobile presence, ensure seamless user experiences, and improve performance across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of mobile application developers to drive excellence in development practices. - Mobile Application Development: Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. - Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans aligning with company objectives to maintain a competitive edge. - Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in development processes by incorporating new features and functionalities. - Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization: Implement rigorous testing methodologies to ensure reliability, security, and performance of mobile applications. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications. - Research and Development: Conduct research to explore new technologies enhancing mobile applications. - Documentation and Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation adhering to industry standards and best practices. - Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for mobile applications, addressing issues promptly. - Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Qualification Required: - 10-12 years of hands-on experience in React Native development. - Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in building secure mobile applications compatible with multiple devices. - Proficiency in Git, Docker, Python, Golang, RabbitMQ, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL. - Agile/Scrum methodology experience. - UI/UX design skills and unit testing experience. - Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or MobX. - Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
