In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new software solutions utilizing current technologies in client and server-side web application development, API integrations, microservices, and database solutions. It will be essential to stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends related to both frontend and backend development. You will be expected to suggest innovative ideas to enhance the application's architecture and performance proactively. Additionally, you will be involved in designing, constructing, and consuming microservices, APIs, and microfrontends. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding best practices and industry standards will be a key part of your responsibilities. Participation in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall code quality of the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the deployment and production release of applications are also integral aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science. Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer, with a focus on web application development, is required. A strong proficiency in React and ASP.NET Core, along with hands-on experience in migrating legacy "webform" applications to modern web frameworks, is essential. Moreover, the candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience using Microsoft technologies like C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, modern web security methodologies, and non-relational databases, as well as strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude, are highly desirable. This is a full-time exempt position that is not eligible for overtime. The workdays are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST or as scheduled by your supervisor.
