Sr Lead Artist

We are seeking a talented Lead Artist to join our Art and Graphics team for an exciting initiative. In this role, you will spearhead the Art team, driving the creation of engaging game designs, character art, high-quality backgrounds, and distinctive symbols. Collaboration is essential to ensure a visual style and outstanding work quality. A strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for storytelling through visual art are required.We re after a people first leader to join our games studio and lead the way on delivering AAA slot games.

• Produce high-quality artwork that meets project briefs, exploring creative concepts and offering multiple executions.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and share project progress.
• Organize files, documents, and assets for ease of use by team members.
• Continuously develop technical skills related to your discipline and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Understand the technical constraints of the platforms for which your artwork will be used.
• Follow the established asset pipeline to optimize your artwork for specific games.
• Stay informed about advancements in the multi-platform online world and industry trends.
• Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and allocating appropriate time to each.
• Inspire creativity and passion in all aspects of your work.
• Collaborate with the London-based team/studio leads for status updates and guidance, working together to achieve defined goals.
• Available for after-hours calls to support business needs and passionate about fostering team growth and development.
• Proactive and positive problem solver and confident in voicing views and opinions.

• Bachelor s degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent work 5-8 yrs work experience in digital gaming as artist
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Excellent command over software of Adobe Creative Suite
• Spine (EsotericSoftware)
• Prior experience in the digital or social gaming industry will be a plus.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders
