Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on elevators and escalators according to established schedules and manufacturer guidelines. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure proper functioning of elevator systems, including motor controls, safety features, and operational mechanisms. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement, to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and parts inventory. Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the installation teams to provide technical expertise and support during new equipment installations and upgrades. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment and following safe work practices at all times. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of maintenance and repair work. Stay updated on the latest industry standards, technologies, and product updates. Essential Requirements :- - *** Elevator Industry Experience is Plus *** - Only Male candidates Can Apply *** Education Qualifications: - Required - BE/ B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / ITI / DEE or a related field. Experience: - 0 - 5 years of experience in the elevator/escalator service field is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in similar electromechanical systems will also be considered. (*** Fresher also Can Apply ***) Skills and Competencies: - Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems (mechanical and electrical). Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in using various tools and testing equipment. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to elevator and escalator maintenance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Strong record-keeping and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
