Role Overview: As a Senior Architect at our firm located in Sonarpur, Kamalgazi, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural projects throughout all stages, from initial concept to construction documents and completion. - Mentor and supervise junior team members and interns to foster their growth and development. - Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives. - Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles. - Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and progress reports to stakeholders. - Review drawings, models, and documents for accuracy and quality assurance. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and available resources efficiently. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Qualification Required: - Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of project types and scales. - Proficiency in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. - Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building codes. As a Junior Architect based in Sonarpur, Kamalgazi, you will support the architectural team in designing and documenting projects.
