Sr. iBwave Design Engineer

You will be joining Aegotel Technology as an IBS iBwave Design Senior Engineer in India. Your role will involve leading the IBS design team, preparing IBS solutions using iBwave, participating in client meetings, ensuring timely submission of design deliverables, and maintaining design standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the IBS design team, ensuring seamless coordination and task execution. - Prepare and develop IBS solutions using iBwave for Passive DAS, Active DAS, and Hybrid DAS systems. - Participate in client meetings to discuss design requirements and approvals. - Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables. - Maintain design standards as per client specifications and quality guidelines. Requirements: - Extensive experience in Passive & Active IBS design using iBwave. - Proven ability to manage team coordination and project execution. - Strong expertise in RF planning, optimization, and troubleshooting. - Experience in large, medium, and small venue projects. - Ability to interpret floor plans, blueprints, and technical specifications. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - 4+ Years of hands-on experience in Passive & Active IBS design. - iBwave Certification is a plus.
