Sr Guidewire Developer

You are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with PolicyCenter Configuration experience to join Access Global Group team in a full-time role across multiple locations in India. **ROLE OVERVIEW** As a skilled and hands-on Senior Guidewire Developer, you will serve as the Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team. You will work on various Guidewire implementation projects for customers globally. Your responsibilities include working as a team leader, interfacing with onsite coordinators, planning and monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, reporting status to managers, interfacing with customers, and traveling to customers" locations as needed. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Work as a team leader to contribute in various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects - Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators - Plan and monitor project deliverables - Mentor project team in executing identified projects - Report status to Manager and onsite coordinators - Interface with customer representatives as needed - Travel to customers" locations on a need basis - Manage performance management for direct reports - Foster teamwork and lead by example - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives **QUALIFICATION REQUIRED** - BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 8 years of industry experience - Highly experienced in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance - Demonstrable knowledge in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products - Strong technical skills in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging System, Tomcat, Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time knowledge in enterprise system integration, preferably in Insurance domain - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Prior client-facing experience **ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP** Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
