Sr. Growth Marketing Executive

As a Senior Growth Marketing Executive at Thrillophilia, you will play a crucial role in scaling user acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven and performance-led strategies. With 24 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in industries like travel, consumer internet, e-commerce, or D2C, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of multiple growth channels, both paid and organic, and contribute to building repeatable and scalable marketing engines. Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the growth funnel which involves traffic acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-ROI acquisition campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, Meta, Google, influencers, and affiliate channels. By identifying growth levers through data analysis and user behavior tracking, you will be able to conduct rigorous A/B tests across ads, landing pages, pricing, and messaging. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including category, content, performance, product, design, and tech, will be essential to drive measurable business impact. Your role will also involve monitoring and optimizing key metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and churn. Additionally, you will be tasked with launching and scaling new growth initiatives including referral programs, community campaigns, and partnerships. Regularly analyzing the competitive landscape and market trends will be crucial to staying ahead in the industry. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and basic SQL. A proven ability to run and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and affiliate networks is essential. Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing, coupled with a strong creative sense and a bias toward testing, execution, and experimentation, will set you up for success.
