You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design. You have proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion. Your role involves leading design initiatives across digital and print channels, from brainstorming to delivery. You are responsible for setting and maintaining a strong visual identity across projects and platforms. Collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams is essential to ensure design aligns with strategic goals. You also mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, reviews, and shared best practices.
