Role Overview: You will collaborate with clients or account managers to understand business objectives and develop design concepts. Your creativity will be crucial in producing new ideas and layouts based on visual hierarchy and typography. Presenting finalized concepts to clients, staying updated on design technologies, and working with a diverse team of professionals will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Discuss business objectives and requirements with clients or account managers - Develop design concepts that meet clients" needs - Create design briefs and campaign mood boards - Produce designs based on visual hierarchy and typography principles - Present finalized ideas to clients or account managers - Work with various media types, including digital and print creatives - Collaborate with internal teams to align design with business objectives - Keep abreast of emerging design technologies and trends - Provide feedback to junior team members and peers - Demonstrate leadership qualities and guide junior visualizers Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign - Knowledge of other design software like After Effects, Premier Pro, XD, etc. - Excellent design and artistic abilities - Great time management skills - Ability to work efficiently in a team environment,
