Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development

  : Build and maintain user-friendly, high-performance web applications using

  Next.JS

• Backend Development

  : Design, develop, and optimize server-side applications and APIs using

  Node.js

• Database Management

  : Develop and manage databases using

  MongoDB

  , ensuring data consistency and scalability.

• Cloud Deployment

  : Work with

  AWS Cloud Services

  to deploy, monitor, and scale applications.

• SaaS Product Development

  : Contribute to designing and developing scalable and secure SaaS platforms.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Code Quality

  : Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshooting

  : Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continually enhance development processes.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years

  of demonstrable hands-on experience in full-stack development with Next.js and Node.js
• Understanding of custom React components and advanced threading concepts
• Strong understanding of

  MongoDB

  and database design principles.
• Experience with

  AWS Cloud Services

  for deployment and scalability.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling

  SaaS products

  .
• Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web application architecture.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and tools.
• Rapid prototyping using Figma

Education Qualification:

• Mandatory:

  Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other engineering discipline.

• Preferred:

  M.Tech, M.E., & B.E. Computer Science
